M50xBT2Lab Key Features

Tailor-made creations

Earlier this year, Audio-Technica launched the "M50x LAB", a website allowing fans to participate in the creation of the limited edition models for 2024 by customizing their own color finish. Participants were able to choose shades in a wide range of colors, with matte or gloss finishes, resulting in thousands of stunning and creative designs shared on social networks.
A jury of experts, including the ATH-M50x product manager, then selected three finalists from over 14,500 entries. Of these three finalist creations, the design by Sergio Gamarra, a DJ based in Bolivia, won the public vote and will represent the special 2024 editions of the ATH-M50xBT2Lab.

Sergio Gamarra explained his artistic choices in the following terms: "Firstly, blue represents confidence, reflecting the quality and reliability of the M50x helmet. The color orange evokes energy and creativity, underlining the excitement that music provokes in us. Finally, gray brings an element of sophistication and elegance, balancing the color palette and adding a touch of modernity."
