Cordoba Abasi Stage 7 (7-String) - acacia

Developed in collaboration with the American master of Progressive Metal, and following in the footsteps of the remarkable Godin© Multiac©, the CORDOBA Abasi Stage 7 Acacia is an extraordinary pre-amplified nylon string guitar.
Hybridizing the Cordoba Stage model with the design of the Abasi Concepts Larada, the Abasi Stage 7 immediately stands out for its singular cutaway, seven strings, multi-scale and 24 fanned frets.

An instrument equipped with a multi-scale fingerboard with fan frets offers two major advantages:

- optimized string tension for modern tuning (down-tuning) while maintaining optimum intonation
- less muscular and tendon stress

It features a solid mahogany body with acoustic chambers (43 mm thick), a solid spruce top with a superb figured exotic wood veneer, a mahogany set neck, and a rosewood fingerboard with 24 frets.
This combination of woods produces warm, rich and dynamic tones, with generous bass and midrange frequencies and a subtle extra clarity thanks to the spruce top. The Abasi Stage 7 responds remarkably well to the nuances of the musician's playing.

The Fishman Stage Pickup System, which combines an under-saddle piezo pickup with body sensors, faithfully reproduces the Stage's natural temperament. Whether on stage or in the studio, it's easy to use thanks to three fundamental settings: pickup balance, volume and equalization.
