Drawmer MC7.1

With the MC7.1 Surround Monitor Controller, Drawmer offers a combination of a 7.1/5.1 and a stereo monitor controller. Designed for mixing 7.1 or 5.1 surround recordings, it can also be used seamlessly for stereo sources.
Flexible control functions

The Drawmer MC7.1 is designed for any speaker configuration from mono to stereo and various surround formats up to eight independent channels, depending on the selected input format and speaker placement, and can be output via the FL and FR outputs or via the separate outputs for stereo speakers, allowing any combination of surround channels to be monitored with the powerful cut/solo matrix via the front speakers Convenient features such as speaker level control with selectable mono/sub output, the popular solo circuit for the bass/mid/high band, the built-in talkback microphone with footswitch control and connection for an external talkback microphone complete the MC7.1's comprehensive equipment.

Drawmer MC7.1 features:

Extremely quiet circuit design for seamless and accurate output of any mix, from surround to stereo.

A total of 20 input sources: two separate 7.1 input fields (one balanced jack and 25-pin D-sub connectors) with loop-through output, a Neutrik combo format stereo input, and an adjustable 3.5mm front AUX input for connecting MP3 players, smartphones or tablets, etc.
3 x studio monitor output groups: 7.1 format (or for up to 8 freely configurable speakers), stereo pair left/right and mono/sub with switching for single, parallel and A/B operation.

Trim control for all outputs for easy channel setup and calibration.
Individual mute/solo switching for each of the eight 7.1 speakers.

7.1 channels can be output in 5.1, stereo or mono mix.
Stereo outputs (including mixed signals from the surround matrix) can be monitored via the stereo speakers or the FL and FR surround speakers.

Numerous control options in stereo mode: Includes solo circuits for bass, midrange and treble as well as dim, L/R mute, phase inversion and more.
Precise volume adjustment via stepless control on the user interface or a preset control with excellent channel adjustment.

Two separate headphone preamps with separate volume control Integrated talkback with level control for internal or external microphone, switching via user interface or footswitch; internal routing to headphones and also to a mono output socket.
