Duesenberg Starplayer TV Phonic - balboa pearl red
The stunning DUESENBERG Starplayer TV Phonic (Balboa Pearl Red) is an electric guitar (semi-hollow body with an internal sustain block) that is every bit as good as the best models from the U.S. and Japan.
The construction remains faithful to the original Starplayer TV, combining a semi-hollow body with a spruce top, a maple back and sides, a solid maple set neck (medium D profile), and an Indian rosewood fingerboard (25.5" Fender©-style scale, 22 jumbo frets, 12" radius). The assembly and fretting are flawless.
The electronics are top-notch, featuring a pair of Duesenberg Phonico pickups that replicate the tonal characteristics of the popular GrandVintage Humbucker (bridge position) and Domino P90 (neck position).
To complete its vintage look, the Starplayer TV is equipped with a Duesenberg Radiator vibrato—a hybrid between a Fender© Strat© and a Bigsby©. It allows for easy string installation and, above all, proves to be an excellent tool for musical expression. You can adjust the angle and length of the stem.
The Starplayer TV is therefore a prestigious “old-school” instrument designed for professional musicians or discerning amateurs who really want to treat themselves!
