The Ovation Elite models are special, both visually and aurally. They forgo the traditional soundhole in the center of the soundboard and instead feature several smaller openings around the edge of the guitar, known as Multi Soundholes. This special construction has two positive effects: firstly, it increases the available vibrational surface in the center of the soundboard, and secondly, the sound is projected much closer to the player's ear.

Visually, the Multi Soundholes are unique. Some models are further adorned with elegant shoulder pads. They are a real eye-catcher on any stage.

The premium spruce soundboards, crafted from Grade A wood, also contribute to the acoustic quality of these instruments.

An OCP1K pickup with extra-large piezo crystals captures the vibrations not only of the strings but also of the body.
