Palmer MONICON M G2 G

The Palmer MONICON M G2 G is a compact passive volume controller designed for home studios, project studios, editing suites, and multimedia setups. Fully analog, it allows for precise control of the monitoring level without requiring power and without adding latency to the audio signal.

Its versatile connectivity allows it to be integrated into both professional setups and more compact configurations. The stereo input can be used as a balanced connection via two XLR/TRS combo jacks or as an unbalanced connection via a 3.5 mm stereo mini-jack, making it easy to connect an audio interface, a computer, or a mobile device.

For output, the MONICON M G2 G offers a balanced stereo XLR connection as well as a 3.5 mm mini-jack connection, allowing you to work with both professional studio monitors and compact speaker systems.

Its large analog knob provides immediate and precise control over the listening level. Three dedicated controls—MONO, DIM, and MUTE—allow you to quickly check a mix’s mono compatibility, temporarily lower the volume, or mute the monitors completely.

Thanks to its fully analog and passive signal path, the MONICON M G2 G operates with zero latency and preserves the signal throughout the monitoring chain. Its compact size and rugged aluminum and steel housing make it easy to set up on a studio desk.
