Manufactured in Germany, the SANDBERG California TM SL Superlight #50318 is a five-string solid-body electric bass worthy of the finest American models. At the crossroads between a Fender© Jazz Bass© and a Music Man© Stingray©, it offers a wide variety of tones ranging from traditional to modern, thanks in particular to its switchable active/passive electronics.
The body of the California TM SL Superlight is made of Paulownia, a particularly lightweight wood with characteristics similar to those of ash.
Sandberg has long enjoyed an excellent reputation in the European market. More recently, the company has conquered the rest of the world with a wide selection of vintage-style and more contemporary instruments.
