Squier FSR Classic Vibe '60s Stratocaster HSS Ltd - shoreline gold
Limited edition, Shoreline Gold finish with Indian laurel fingerboard.
The SQUIER Limited Edition FSR Classic Vibe '60s Stratocaster HSS (0374016544) is a mass-market reinterpretation of the iconic 1960s Fender Strat.
It is a solid body electric guitar featuring a poplar body, a bolt-on maple neck, an Indian laurel fingerboard, and a trio of Fender® Designed Alnico pickups. The addition of a humbucking pickup in the bridge position will appeal to fans of distorted sounds, hard rock, and metal.
Beginners will take to it in no time, thanks in large part to its ultra-comfortable neck (C-profile, 9.5" radius).
The body is made of poplar, a wood species considered an alternative to alder.
Widely available and affordable, poplar is therefore often used to craft entry-level and mid-range instruments.
The laurel used for the fingerboard is a high-quality alternative to rosewood. With superior density and stability, its acoustic performance is comparable to that of Brazilian rosewood.
