Dual humbuckers and the 5-way switch with custom wiring provide a plethora of great humbucker and single-coil sounds to cover virtually any musical genre and playing style.
The Sälen’s unique body shape exudes a more traditional and classy aesthetic as well as modernism that is eye-catching as it is ergonomically functional.
Used during decades in boat and airplane building, west african native Okoume is a great low density tonewood for electric guitars (John Suhr has been using it for many years).
Sonically, it can be considered as Mahogany with a brighter high end and more dynamic range, improving the clarity of the guitar.
