ID:X Floor gives the impression of playing a real amp, not a model. Whether you're using modern Blackstar tones or Ampton recreations of iconic and historic amps, Blackstar's component-level modeling, their "In The Room" technology and unique control of power tube response give you an authentic experience with sound that seems to come alive under your fingers.
Ampton designs are more than just static profiles, they are the result of meticulous design, testing and optimization, component by component, sector by sector. This extends to the tiniest tonal interactions, from the behavior of the cathode trackers to the modeling of the DC offsets of the preamps, guaranteeing unparalleled realism, sound and feel. Another unique aspect of Ampton's designs is the absolutely precise tone-stack modeling. These retain the exact interactivity between the controls of the reference tube amps, to offer a musicality and interactivity that a simple "captured" snapshot cannot reproduce.
The expression pedal (ID:X Floor Two and Three) lets you control wah, volume or expression parameters.
