The new Dynaudio LYD monitor range is a direct continuation of the legacy of the legendary BM series, essential references for decades in music production. True to this DNA, the LYD series thoroughly modernizes this segment by incorporating the latest advancements in DSP and amplification, while retaining the hallmarks of Dynaudio Pro: perfectly controlled bass even at low volumes, exceptional precision, and comfortable listening over extended periods, without fatigue.

Each speaker is powered by Class D amplification combined with 96 kHz/24-bit digital processing and features a new soft dome tweeter and a woofer with an MSP (magnesium silicate polymer) cone, a signature of the brand. Bass Extension, Sound Balance, and Position Mode settings allow for fine-tuning the sound reproduction to the room's acoustics and placement. The LYD series is entirely manufactured in Denmark, upholding Dynaudio's renowned craftsmanship.

The largest model in the range, the LYD-8 is designed for near-field or mid-range listening, delivering impressively precise bass even at moderate volumes. Handcrafted drivers, state-of-the-art Class D amplification, 24-bit/96 kHz digital processing, and DSP control: every element has been meticulously optimized to provide top-tier performance.

The woofers incorporate lightweight aluminum voice coils, promoting fast transient response and optimal control. To ensure the ideal balance between moving mass, precision, and agility, the woofer's diaphragm and dome are molded from a single piece using MSP (Metal-Silver Molding), guaranteeing highly coherent and exceptionally faithful sound reproduction.
