The Fluid Audio Image 2 is an 8" monitor speaker.

A three-way monitor that could even be described as a four-way monitor thanks to the two 8" woofers, the 5" midrange driver and the ribbon tweeter that accompany it.
The Image 2 is designed for the discerning audio professional looking for precision and quality. Thanks to its advanced DSP technology and Class-D amplification, it offers an extremely flat frequency response, incredible bass extension with very low distortion, and accurate stereo imaging for an immersive and realistic sound experience.
The Image 2 is also a full-fledged mixing and mastering system that can be switched to cubemix mode with the touch of a footswitch. The cubemix mode allows sound engineers to adjust bass and midrange levels for consistent playback on many "bass-poor" devices. It also makes it easy to adjust vocals and overall balance.
The newly developed AMT tweeter offers accurate and detailed response, high headroom and low distortion, while the aluminum cone midrange driver uses a shorting ring in its magnetic structure to greatly reduce harmonic distortion. The magnetic field is concentrated in the air gap of the coil, which reduces the modulation movement of the coil and makes the variation of the system inductances more linear as the input current varies. The result is such clean precision that the mix takes on a whole new dimension.
