Ltd XJ-2 HT - snow white
Equipped with a duo of highly acclaimed Fishman Fluence Modern pickups (ceramic magnets in the bridge, AlNiCo in the neck, three voicings), the LTD Deluxe XJ-2 HT reinterprets the asymmetrical design of a classic electric guitar in a modern Metal version.
The lutherie combines a "Swamp Ash" body, a bolt-on neck in Torrefied Maple and an Ebony fingerboard set with 22 frets.
This traditional wood combination produces tones that are full and responsive, dense and precise. Dynamic lows, well-balanced mids and clear highs.
The Ebony fingerboard noticeably and musically compresses the sound, a parameter that may prove interesting in certain musical contexts, especially saturated ones.
In addition to giving the wood an elegant patina, the torrefaction process improves the instrument's stability, sustain, clarity and resonance, while protecting it from thermal variations, humidity and mildew.
The rest of the equipment is equally high quality, with a Hipshot bridge and LTD locking tuning machines.
