The DynaCaster was designed from the ground up to set a new standard for broadcast microphones. Its all-new DMC8 capsule and built-in DYNAMITE preamp deliver superior sound reproduction, greater sensitivity, and less noise than decades past. The capsule features a patented shock-absorbing system integrated into its body, eliminating the need for a bulky external mount. Even better, three recessed switches on the back of the microphone allow you to tailor the DynaCaster to your specific sound requirements.

The DynaCaster is compatible with all broadcast boom arms. Additionally, the XLR connector is integrated into the stand's mounting point for discreet cabling and a low profile for on-camera applications. The internal three-layer pop filter is removable for cleaning and designed to provide sufficient pop protection without the need for a bulky external pop filter. However, we've included an external windscreen, just in case that's your preference.

The DynaCaster isn't just a speech microphone. It can be used for vocals, acoustic instruments, and amplifying amplifiers. All the features that make it ideal for broadcast applications are complemented by tone-shaping options for both recording and performing music.

When the DYNAMITE I/O switch (in the middle) is in the 'on' position, the DynaCaster's internal DYNAMITE preamp provides an additional 30 dB of gain, ideal for speech and softer sources. This requires phantom power. In the 'off' position, the DynaCaster operates as a completely passive microphone, requiring no external power or phantom power.
