Soyuz microphones 017 TUBE

The Soyuz 017 TUBE is a large-diaphragm tube condenser microphone designed to deliver the rich, musical character of classic vintage microphones within a modern design.

It features the S17 cardioid capsule, equipped with a hand-tuned, gold-sputtered 34mm diaphragm. This design enables it to capture detail with great depth and warmth, while maintaining smooth high-frequency reproduction.

The 017 TUBE is particularly well-suited for vocals, strings, and instruments requiring warm, detailed reproduction. Its smooth high-end response preserves source nuances without producing harsh or aggressive treble.

It also performs exceptionally well on complex instruments with intricate transients, thanks to precise reproduction across the entire frequency spectrum.

The 017 series is available in both FET and Tube versions. Both models share the same capsule, form factor, and a similar sonic signature. The 017 FET offers a slightly faster, tighter transient response, whereas the 017 TUBE provides a smoother, more rounded high end, along with added warmth and coloration.

The microphone comes with its dedicated BP-017 power supply—featuring a -20 dB pad—as well as a 6-pin cable, a microphone clip, a shock mount, a spare tube, and an oak storage case. Key Features
